Rita Hernandez, LMT
A Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Rita is a 2005 graduate of The Academy for Massage Therapy Training. She has been involved in the Health & Fitness industry since 1993 and the medical field since 1997. Prior to massage therapy, she was a Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, E.R. Critical Care Technician and an EMT-Basic for Christus Santa Rosa Hospital. Rita also was employed as Assistant Massage Therapist for the WNBA San Antonio Silver Stars in 2006. She currently works with a variety of athletes and has had the opportunity to assist with athletes competing in the International Natural Bodybuilding Federation (INBF) and NPC Bodybuilding.

Zach Lutton
Chef Lutton's fascination with food began during his childhood summers spent on a boat in the out-islands of the Bahamas. He and his family enjoyed fresh caught lobster, conch and native fish along with wild mangoes, limes, pineapples and coconuts sustainable in the islands. While studying Pre-Med/Biology at The University of Texas at San Antonio, he assisted Chef Bruce Auden as a banquet cook at Biga on the Banks.

He then worked at Central Market in San Antonio, often preparing HMR (home meal replacement) for clients such as the San Antonio Spurs and many of their visiting opponents. He simultaneously served as Sous Chef under Laurel Waters at her guest table, The Laurel Tree, in Utopia, Texas. It was during this time that he decided to break with a long-standing family tradition of practicing medicine and pursue his true passion, a career in the culinary arts.

After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, he continued his culinary education under Chef John Farnsworth at John's Island Club in Vero Beach, Florida. Following an extensive epicurean adventure to Europe, he returned to Texas and is now an Executive Chef at Compass Group North America and owns a personal catering company specializing in healthy cuisine delivered to your door and fine dining experiences prepared in your home.
