The Nu-U Fitness Story

The Nu-U Fitness philosophy is to help each client learn as much as possible, decreasing dependence on their trainer and allowing each client to be successful on their own. Nu-U believes that if they can teach clients everything they need to know to get in the best shape possible, both will benefit in the long run.

Nu-U constantly monitors each clients' fitness program and makes the necessary changes to ensure that each client reaches his or her goals safely and in the shortest possible time. Nu-U provides motivation while coupling experience with nutrition and fitness education to design a diet and workout program that is for you, and you alone.

Unlike many other personal trainers, Nu-U does NOT use "cookie cutter" work-out routines and diets. Instead, Nu-U ensures their clients' goals are part of the company's goals, and Nu-U makes every effort to reach those goals as quickly as possible.
